Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is specifically reserved for you. Upon booking, a credit or Spa Atlantis gift card will be required to hold your appointment.  We will use your preferred method of communication to contact you at least 6 hours prior to your appointment. In order to honor the professionalism of our service providers, we require at least 6 business hours notification for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to extend this courtesy will result in your credit or Spa Atlantis gift card being charged the full amount of the services you reserved.
